Justin previously founded and was CEO of We Consult You, a boutique consultancy that provides comprehensive HR consultancy services to businesses. He was also Chief People Officer at online casino operator Avento MT. Aside from his role with VentureMax, he is also currently Chief Executive Officer at Greighter, a Malta-based angel investment venture.
His own entrepreneurial endeavours highlight his talent for enhancing workforce and operational efficiency whilst creating the right climate for business expansion.

With over two decades of professional experience, Iden is a seasoned leader with expertise in Finance, Procurement, Accountancy, and Treasury.
He has successfully navigated both publicly listed NASDAQ companies and the dynamic tech and gaming sectors, consistently providing exceptional financial and commercial support to executive teams and boards of directors.
As CFO, he oversees both financial operations as well as corporate governance for the group across multiple verticals and entities.
He has a proven track record in driving mergers and acquisitions and holds distinguished qualifications, including the Certification of Public Accountancy (CPA Warranted) and ACCA membership.
Keld Knudsen
Keld is head of TerraMedia, an integrated digital marketing service provider based in Malta.
He comes with vast experience in the iGaming sector – among other roles, he spent eight years as CFO of Mr Green, joining the company as an early-stage operator and taking it through to acquisition by William Hill.
He also spent time as CEO of GentingBet, resetting the strategy for its European online business, and was also a non-executive director at Blexr, a lead generation company.
Before iGaming, Keld had a successful career with multi-national brands such as American Express, Fujitsu, QXLricardo, Macromedia and Steelcase.
Pierre Misfud
Pierre’s career in the iGaming sector spans over a decade, commencing in 2006.
Armed with a versatile skill set encompassing Sales, Account Management, and Casino Management, he navigated through a series of progressive leadership roles.
Notable chapters in his professional journey include tenures at industry giants like Betsson Group, Interwetten (both in Vienna, Austria, and Malta), and Booming Games.
Pierre is also an Online Casino Trainer as he gives training through the iGaming Academy to individuals enrolling into casino management courses.
In addition to his practical expertise, Pierre holds an MBA from the esteemed Edinburgh Business School, attesting to his robust foundation in strategic business acumen.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Pierre is fluent in five languages and finds fulfilment in his role as a husband and a proud father of two.
